First funding project - Stress Ball

Greetings people.


Been so stressed with school and exams lately? In conjunction with PMR, SPM and our final year exam, the Interact Club is having its first funding project for 2011/2012 called the Stress Ball. Stress ball is a small rubber ball squeezed in the hand as means of relieving stress, and it's very cute and fun too! :D You can choose to buy it for yourself or your friends to cheer them up or as a good luck charm.

Keychain.

We are selling these stress balls for RM3/per ball. As for the key chain, RM2.

The materials of the stress balls are 100% PU Foam. ( polyurethane )

The order form is already distributed to each classes. For those who are interested, please fill in the form and bring along the money on 29th of September, Thursday. (: Thankyou.

Photo Shoot Session !

HELLO YOU! (: So sorry for the late update. 

Anyways, on the 28th of August, we, as in the BOD of Interact Club had a photo shoot session at the form 4 block. Specially for our information board. Look forward for it!

We started the photo shoot session at around 2.45pm. It was a really successful photo session, thanks to our awesome photographer, Naim. For the wonderful pictures :D

hi, this su jane checking in!

it's definitely an honour to actually hold the emails and passwords muahaaaha. anyways, I'm the publicity director along with li sien, the publicity deputy, therefore we'll be ones updating the board and blog.....in other words, we're to be held responsible if it isnt updated. hehehe.

Annual General Meeting 10/11

It was such an emotional day last Thursday for everyone as the amazing senior BOD of 10/11 offcially retired and gave on their jobs to the brand new BOD of 11/12.

The meeting started off as usual with the singing of the Interact song. The seniors sang with full pride and with a smile plastered on their faces as they realised this may be the last day they'll be singing the Interact song. :')

After that, Wei Chong and Hein Young took over and we all played a game, urm, I don't know what its called. Hihi. But it was kinda fun. :D

Later on, the Secretaries of 10/11, Kar Yan and Chi Jun gave a yearly report on all the  activities of the Interact Club throughout the year. And soon after, the Treasurer, Crystal Gan read out the account report of all the funds collected throughout the year.

And then came the time everyone was waiting for. Everyone could feel the tension and pressure in the room. One by one all the new BODs was annouced along with drum rolls. Haha. As the names were called out, the ex-BOD would come up and shake hands with the new BOD.

After that, the President of 10/11 congratulated all the BODs of 11/12 and thanked all interactors for their support. Later on, the President of 11/12 gave a speech and thanked the seniors for all they had done for us. And all of a sudden, Pn. Roslina started to tear up, and slowly, one by one, tears started to roll down the cheecks of all the seniors. Pn. Roslina then gave a very inspiring and touching speech about all the hardworking BODs and all the sacrifices they had done for Interact. It really made all of us realise our duty and responsibilities as the new BODs.

And after briefing us for awhile, the meeting was dismissed.

And so, this will be my last blog post as the Publicity Deputy of 10/11.  I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank all the seniors for all they have done and taught us all this while. We have learnt so much during this period. You guys were one of the best BODs ever and we will always love you guys. <3 As for the new BODs, we were all choosen for the right reasons, so lets all work together to make good use of our chance and bring up the name of Interact! :D To the ones who did not get a post, dont give up, continue to serve Interact and you will sure be rewarded next year. :) VIVA LA INTERACT!
